Exciting News: Our Remodel Journey Continues!

November 5, 2024

We’re thrilled to announce that Phase One of our remodel is nearly complete! Our newly updated Dentistry, Surgery, and Radiology areas are now up and running, with only a few final touches left to go. We’re back on track with our dentistry and surgery schedules, ensuring uninterrupted care for your pets in these fresh, modern spaces.


Phase Two Has Begun!

In this next phase, we’re enhancing our Employee Break Room, Administration/Doctor Offices, Exam Room 4, and Storage Room/Employee Entrance. These updates will help us better serve you and your pets while creating a welcoming environment for our team.


Please Note: Our Lobby Remains Closed

For everyone’s safety during construction, our lobby is still closed. When you arrive, please call or text our main number, or ring the doorbell, and a staff member will happily assist you and your pet into the building. Rest assured, our team is here to provide compassionate care and a smooth experience, even as we go through these exciting changes.

Construction Update: Remodel Phase One Begins

October 11, 2024

If you’ve visited our hospital over the past two weeks, you may have noticed our team diligently preparing for the upcoming construction. Our lobby has been transformed into flexible storage space, and our administration has relocated off-site to allow the former office to serve as our treatment area during the first phase of our remodel.

Demolition is scheduled for this Saturday, October 12, after we close. Phase one will involve removing old closet and storage areas to create a new radiology room for our x-ray, ultrasound, and digital image processing equipment. Once this new space is complete, our crews will focus on upgrading our treatment, dentistry, and surgery departments.

Please be aware that client and patient flow through the hospital may change often during construction, so we kindly ask you to follow the instructions provided by our team. We will be using the west entrance of our building more frequently, which may take you through some staff-only areas, offering you a glimpse of some behind-the-scenes action.

For safety and security reasons, our lobby will remain closed for the duration of the project. If you are checking in for an appointment or if you are picking up medications, pet food, or other items, please call or text our main number, or you can ring the doorbell for immediate assistance.

Lobby Closure Notice – One Week Away!

September 23, 2024

Starting Monday, September 30th, our front door will remain locked throughout our interior remodel for space and safety considerations.

Although construction officially begins on 10/14, we will use the two weeks prior to adjust our workflow and prepare the hospital. During this time, our lobby will be repurposed as a storage area as we clear out key sections of the hospital in anticipation of the renovation.

The remodel will unfold in four phases, with Phase 1 focusing on our Dentistry, Radiology, Treatment, and Surgery departments. Due to the complexity of anesthesia administration and the need for sterile environments, all dental and surgical procedures will be temporarily suspended from 10/14 to 11/4.

Our new radiology suite will be the first part of Phase 1, and thanks to some creative problem-solving, we will continue offering x-rays for diagnostic purposes throughout the renovation.

During this phase, our Doctor/Administrative Office, Storage Room, and Break Room will be cleared and converted into a temporary treatment area to maintain patient care.

While you and your pets are still welcome inside the hospital, please note that a staff member must escort you, as the lobby will not be available for waiting. To check in or request assistance, call or text us at (952) 884-1868, or use the doorbell at the front entrance.

  • Handicap Accessible Entryway: We are installing a new ramp  to ensure our front entryway is fully accessible for all our clients.
  • State-of-the-Art Equipment: The remodel will feature the latest in veterinary technology, allowing us to serve you better.

 

During the Remodel

  • Continued Care: We will remain open and fully operational during the remodel. Our team is dedicated to ensuring that your pets receive uninterrupted care.
  • Lobby Closure: Our lobby will be closed for the duration of the project. Clients will still be allowed inside for their pet’s appointment, but only when accompanied by a staff member.
  • Curbside Service: For any food, medication, or lab sample drop-off/pick-up, we will offer curbside service. Please call us when you arrive, and a team member will assist you.
  • Temporary Adjustments: There may be temporary adjustments to certain areas of the hospital. We will keep you informed and guide you through any changes.
  • Communication: Stay tuned for updates through our website and social media channels. We will provide regular progress reports and important information to help you navigate the remodel process smoothly.
